Phase 1

Waves Coffee House was an established chain and go-to place for Vancouver coffee lovers, but their website was behind the times. The outdated content didn’t reflect their branding and values, and the overall user experience was clunky — especially on mobile devices.

The Waves website drives customers to visit physical locations. Helping users quickly find what they needed was a top priority to achieve this goal, so we structured the new site around creating clear paths to locations, menus, and booking meeting rooms.

Style Concepts

A big part of the Waves Coffee website redesign project was updating the overall look and feel to reflect their current branding. We paired the clean blues and warm browns of their palette with all-new branded photography and custom icons. Each page uses engaging images and modern typography to convey their welcoming message.

Phase 3

Bringing it all together

The new Waves Coffee website is an inviting and intuitive user experience. Integrated filtering displays customized content for BC and Alberta visitors, and the robust new locations page helps customers quickly find the nearest Waves with the services and amenities they desire. The new menu page is easily updated to reflect their current offerings and nutritional information. Through an ongoing SEO and Analytics partnership, we continue to help Waves drive website traffic through monthly reporting and recommendations.
