Phase 1

Backup Radar has over 5,000 business clients around the world – they’re respected industry leaders. Their old website wasn’t doing a great job of communicating their platform’s full range of capabilities, to search engines or to the people researching them through their content.

Content strategy drove this web design project, with a strong focus on providing a deeper, richer content experience. This included building areas for all-new multimedia content and resource libraries. Everything from their solutions and integrations to those resources needed to more clearly communicate their brand story and their offering.

Style Concepts

The old Backup Radar site wasn't bad, it just had a lot of thin, plain text. The design goal for this website redesign was to address their brand refresh with bigger use of photos and videos to excite and engage the reader, in an array of trustworthy blues. This was rounded out by sleek, modern sans-serif typography.

Phase 3

Bringing It All Together

Can we say Radar love? This complex website project resulted in a new content platform that's a much stronger reflection of their world-class reputation. It now houses their blog, webinars, case studies, and FAQs, as well as thorough information about their solutions, integrations, and vendors. It's clear from any landing page what the platform can do, and how well it works. The site has already seen a 17% increase in organic search traffic since launch - and now we're working with their team on an enhanced pricing page with live calculation functionality, set to go live next month.
