Phillip leads PCAF’s Technical Assistance team and is co-leading the UK Chapter which aims to drive collaboration and implementation of PCAF in the UK. 

Within the Secretariat, Phillip covers a few different responsibilities which include ensuring that PCAF signatories receive technical support and guidance to create high quality financed emission disclosures, driving partnerships and alignment with external partners, ensuring that PCAF is fully embedded in the wider ecosystem through engaging in consultations and providing technical expertise through external speaker events. 

Phillip is a Managing Consultant at Guidehouse, a global consulting firm, which serves as the PCAF Secretariat and is responsible for executing PCAF’s mission, vision, and strategy. He has a B.Sc. in International Business, Finance and Economics from Alliance Manchester Business School.
