The Urgency of Engaging all Staff in Your Sustainability Strategy, Why This is Important and How it Can Be Achieved

In the digital transformation, not everyone needed to know how to code in C+... But everyone needed to know how to use a computer. The same applies to companywide sustainability literacy and with next year being 2025 (halfway to 2030), the need to start engaging is more crucial than ever. Without it, the effectiveness of implementing a Net Zero plan, collecting relevant and reliable carbon/water/biodiversity data, winning bids or tenders and attracting and retaining the best staff will be more and more difficult. Easy to do with a small business with less than 50 people in one location, however, how can this be achieved for large numbers of staff in different roles/countries/time zones?
