Stefan Persson is a strategic developer at the municipal management office in Tomelilla, Sweden, where he has initiated the municipality´s work with Doughnut Economics as the first municipality in Sweden. Stefan has 20 years of experience working with public sector innovations covering testbeds, procurement of innovation (PPI), development of digital decision support systems, cross-sector innovation etc. He is responsible for the first Swedish Doughnut Economics City Portrait and he is leading the work with planning a new school area in the municipality. This is the first school in the world that is planned with the principles of Doughnut Economics.
