How do IoT and AI ML Assure Both Predictive Maintenance and Sustainability at Industrial Applications and Buildings?

At NuManufacturing, we have designed and developed sensor arrays, edge processing, IoT communication hardware, and AI ML-based Predictomatic 4. X (Bestekar 4. X) predictive maintenance platform to predict in advance (usually weeks or days) when a machine will need maintenance or a potential unexpected failure can happen. It assures increased efficiency and lifespan of the machines and decreases spare parts consumption, helping sustainability. After a while, we developed a second platform called Sustainability 4.X using the same data from sensor arrays and additional information from ERP and MES to find out inefficient or idle processes and machines inside the plant. The Sustainability platform helps to decrease energy consumption, and spare parts and our new motto is "The greenest energy in the world is the energy you don't waste" ..
