Refund policy

Due to hygiene reasons we can not accept returns or exchanges for consumable items.

We only accept refunds for faulty items.

All our non-consumable items are subject to our return policy below:

As long as the product you are returning is unused, in the same condition it was received in, still in its original packaging and has been returned within 14 days of you receiving the product, then you are eligible for a refund or exchange.

Please note, shipping is non refundable. 

Situations where only partial refunds are considered:

1. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or is unable to be resold for reasons not due to our error.

2. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.


How to Return a product (please follow the process below):

1. Please contact us through our contact page, you may be asked for evidence of the faulty product 

2. Send your parcel back to the address listed below.

3. Once the return is received, the warehouse will inspect it. If the product is not in perfect condition or has been used, we will not be able to refund you.

4. Please allow 3-5 working days for us to process your return. If the return passes inspection, we will issue the refund to the account you made payment through. Payment can take between 4-6 working days. Please note that shipping is non-refundable.
