Pauline is Co-founder and Managing Partner at Madonna Capital, which serves as growth partners to early and growth-stage female-led businesses. Madonna Capital curates debt and equity financing for startups and acts as an extension to funds as a source of quality deal flow. Impact and equality are her core professional values; she mentors at Unreasonable Impact and Barclay’s Black Founder Accelerator and was the youngest finance board member at YWCA Australia. She supports female founders as an angel investor.

Pauline started her career at KPMG and has 17 years of advisory and finance experience across consumer, financial services, energy, and media sectors in Australia, the UK, Asia, and North America. She has led both startups and established companies such as Christian Dior Couture and Sisley Paris through periods of growth.

Pauline is currently the CFO on a fractional basis for two female-led scale-ups in B2B health-tech and fashion e-commerce.
