Kayleigh leads the development of CDP’s plastics disclosure framework to accelerate corporate action on plastic pollution and waste. She designs metrics for corporates to measure and mitigate their plastics-related risks and impacts, for example on packaging circularity, end-of-life management and recycled content. In 2023, just under 3,000 corporates with a combined market cap of US$25tn disclosed to CDP for the first time, representing the largest sample of voluntarily disclosed plastics data globally.

Prior to this, Kayleigh worked on influential circular economy policy projects worldwide. This includes designing an Extended Producer Responsibility scheme for textiles which informed the EU Strategy for Sustainable and Circular Textiles and leading the stakeholder engagement for the revision of the Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation. She also collaborated with the Singaporean government to design their Deposit Return Scheme (the first of its kind in Southeast Asia).
