Janie Neumann, Senior Changemaker at GDS-Movement, boasts 20+ years' experience in tourism. Formerly Sustainability Manager at Visit Scotland for 11 years, she pioneered their Destination Net Zero programme, which supported the industry's and  destinations' transition to a net zero future. Janie was also on the drafting committee of the UN Glasgow Declaration. She combines her experience to support the delivery of responsible and regenerative practices that benefit and build resilient businesses, provide enriching, quality experiences for visitors, enhance the communities that tourism operates in, and protect the natural and cultural heritage it depends on.
