Alain-Olivier has spent 25 years in the cleantech venture capital, impact investment and tech entrepreneurship sector building and founding investment funds as well as accelerators supporting tech entrepreneurs and change makers.  

At Oneka, he oversees the finance activities and the integration of impact at the heart of Oneka’s DNA, business model and financing strategy. His background as a business developer and strategist, as well as a recognized pioneer and leader of the Canadian impact investment community put him in the best position to contribute to the Company growth and success.

Prior to joining Oneka, Alain-Olivier co-founded two leading accelerators and was a Senior Advisor of the SVX impact crowdfunding investment platform. He co-founded and was a partner at Cycle Capital Management, and Investment Director at CDPQ Capital. He has supported more than thirty Impact start-up companies and the creation of 5 VC/PE investment funds, particularly in the Food, Cleantech and Health sectors, and has contributed to mobilize 425 million dollars from Canadian and International impact investors.
